🚓 Deputy Transition Announcement 🚓

We want to take a moment to thank Deputy Van Horn for his dedicated service to our community over the past five years. His commitment, professionalism, and connection with residents have made a lasting impact, and while we’re sad to see him go, we wish him the very best as he continues his career patrolling a different area of the county. 👏

He's made his list and checked it twice! Santa is coming to Outagamie County! Our dispatchers relay important messages every day, but tonight will be extra special. Listen in at 7pm to hear what Santa has to say to all of the children of Outagamie County. Have a merry and bright Christmas Eve!

He knows if you’ve been bad or good so be good for goodness sake! 🎅🏼 Santa Claus is coming to town! Santa is expected to be entering Outagamie County around 7:00 pm on December 24th. 🦌 He will be on the main Outagamie County channel announcing his arrival. So gather round your scanner apps (we will also be posting the recording to this page after the radio transmissions are done) and listen to the Jolly man who will also encourage all boys and girls to head off to bed! Merry Christmas! 🎄

For our Buchanan neighbors….

Overnight, on December 2nd into December 3rd, we had a string of auto break-ins in the Town of Buchanan. Three incidents have been reported thus far, each of which were on different roads located in the neighborhood to the east of Eisenhower Dr. and south of Cty Tk CE. An unknown subject appears to have been checking for unlocked vehicles and entering them.

We are asking for the public’s help. If you live in that neighborhood, please check your outdoor or doorbell cameras for video footage that might help identify the suspect. We also want to identify and help any other possible victims.

If you have information that might help the investigation, please reach out to Sgt. Pedranzan at the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office at 920-832-5605.
