Update 5-9-24. Richard Cox was arrested this afternoon at a residence in Montevideo by Agents of the CEE VI Task Force. Cox was taken into custody without incident.

Update. Mr. Cox was not located as of 5-1-24. If you see him please contact law enforcement immediately.

Large officer presence in Appleton. Richard Cox (35) was just seen in Appleton. Cox has multiple felony warrants for his arrest for Harassment Restraining Order Violations. If you see Cox please do not approach but call 911 immediately.
