For Kenneth and Cassandra Carskadon, what started as a lifelong passion for board games has grown into a new business venture designed to bring people together. Round the Table, located on 1st Street in Montevideo, is a retail destination specializing in board games, tabletop role-playing games, trading card games, and hobby accessories.

Since opening its doors in November 2025, Ziggi’s Coffee in Montevideo has quickly become a welcomed addition to the community. Located inside the new Citizens Alliance Bank building, the fast-casual coffee shop offers coffee, specialty drinks, dirty sodas, chai, blenders, sandwiches, burritos, and fresh breads, creating a convenient stop for residents and visitors alike.
