Outagamie County Health and Human Services Mentoring Program Youth mentoring agency. Here at the Outagamie County Mentoring Program, we work with the youth in the community who need us the most.

We match these kids with adults mentors who expose them to new, healthy, and positive experiences that enhance self esteem and improve social skills. Mentor matches spend 4 to 8 hours per month together developing positive and trusting relationships the youth can rely on. Youth can be matched with an individual mentor or a mentor couple. A successful match is life changing for both the mentor(s) a

nd the mentee! We find that many mentors enjoy getting to be a kid again with their youth! There are many benefits to mentoring with our program, and we’d love to talk to you about it! Please email us at [email protected] to learn more!

Extension Outagamie County is offering Adulting 101 Life Skills Mini Camps this summer! These free mini camps are a great way for youth ages 14-24 to learn practical tips as they transition to adulthood. Be sure to register in advance. Mentors are welcome to attend with their mentee. 😊
