Hello Appleton Residents. The burn ban will be lifted as of 12am on 10/15/25. While the burn ban will be lifted, we still encourage residents to be mindful while burning.

The Klickitat County Burn Ban will go into effect for ALL three zones starting June 2, 2025 until rescinded. More information from Klickitat County

The brush pile is open for the timber valley residents please make sure the brush is in the proper place in side of the fire line

Zone 3 (Appleton), the burn ban does go into effect June 17th, so please be cautious if you plan to burn before this date. The burn ban may not go in to effect until the 17th, but this doesn’t mean that it’s not already dry enough out for a burn to get out of control. Thank you.

Hello all Timber Valley residents. Effective immediately, the brush pile at the Timber Valley Fire Hall will no longer be available for the disposal of yard debris for all residents until further notice. Please refrain from any further disposal of brush/yard debris at this location. If you have debris that needs to be disposed of, please plan for other arrangements.
