Celebrating an Amazing Summer at Plamann Lake!

As summer comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the incredible Plamann Lake lifeguards and concession staff for an outstanding season of service to our community.

This summer, our staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, teamwork, compassion, and dedication—especially when responding to multiple medical emergencies. Their calm and thoughtful actions helped ensure that people received the assistance and care they needed when it mattered most.

But their contribution goes far beyond those moments. Day after day, they helped make Plamann Lake a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable place for residents and visitors to spend their summer.

On August 21st, Thomas M. Nelson, County Executive of Outagamie County was proud to issue an Executive Proclamation recognizing and commending the Plamann Lake Lifeguards and Concession Staff for their exceptional service throughout the summer of 2026.

Thank you to every member of the Plamann Lake team for your hard work, your commitment, and for making this an amazing summer. We are grateful for all that you do!

Groundbreaking at the Children’s Farm & Plamann Park!

Exciting things are happening at the Children’s Farm at Plamann Park! We had some additional helping hands on the farm today as we continue preparing for this next chapter.

We’re excited to officially break ground, with equipment moving in early next week to get the project moving forward. It’s an exciting milestone, and we can’t wait to see the progress take shape!
