Looking for a hands-on maintenance career where your work keeps a critical operation running? Join the team at the Outagamie County Recycling & Solid Waste Facility and help maintain one of the largest publicly owned, single-stream recycling facilities in the United States.

The state-of-the-art Tri-County Recycling Facility, located in Appleton, WI, processes up to 100,000 tons of recyclable material annually and serves communities throughout Brown, Outagamie, and Winnebago Counties, along with much of Northeast Wisconsin—impacting nearly 16% of Wisconsin’s population.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing equipment/machinery, and buildings that powers a facility dedicated to environmental stewardship, renewable energy, and sustainability.
