My Uncle Noel’s dad, Benny Wade is looking for his German Shepherd that went missing a couple of days ago. If anyone in the City of Arabi area sees her, please let us know!

Missing: 8 year old black German Shepherd named Zip. She was lost in the vicinity of 166 Allied Road, Arabi while chasing a deer. This took place on 7/24/24. A reward is being offered for her safe return. Contact Benny or Merle Wade at 166 Allied Road, Arabi or send notice to [email protected]

We will be addressing the proposed sewer project at the council meeting Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the old city hall at 4190 Bedgood Ave. The project engineer will be there along with the manufacturer of the proposed system. They are going to try to have one of these tanks at the office for viewing and answer any questions that anyone has.

I know there have been several rumors floating around out there that are not based on any facts. I have addressed those rumors with the engineer and he has provided answers to those rumors on the Frequently Asked Questions page that is posted. He has also provided a picture of the new tank and it is posted as well.

Please please please attend this very important meeting. You can show support for the sewer system even if you don’t necessarily want to sign on to have it run to your home.
