The City of Aragon is currently seeking an individual that is qualified to fill the following position:
Customer Service Representative/Assistant Clerk (Part-time)
This position is in a professional office/front desk environment that will rely on the employee as a multi-talented person fulfilling the responsibilities of welcoming visitors to our facility and helping them to engage with the correct department that can best serve the needs of the visitors. Also, the candidate will assist the City Clerk and Mayor with duties that involve the day to day operations of the City Administration.
Requirements:
High School Grad or Equivalent
Some Experience Preferred
Willingness to attend training specific to duties as requested Friendly disposition
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls
Managing emails and correspondence
Data entry and record-keeping
Greeting and assisting Visitors Utility payments processing Basic computer skills
