Our adult and family shelters, located at four sites in Arcata, offer a stable place to stay while one works toward permanent housing. Unlike night-to-night shelters, our sites are made to support you and help you get back on your feet. During your stay, we connect you to important resources, including medical care and housing assistance, and help you get essential documents like IDs and birth certificates.

The Grove is Arcata House Partnership’s permanent supportive housing community, created by transforming the former Days Inn into 60 private units for people who have experienced long‑term homelessness. Many residents went years without a safe, stable place to call home, until The Grove

We have updated our May donation date from Saturday, May 30th, to Friday, May 29th, to coincide with the BOLD Day of Giving. We are participating in this 24-hour fundraiser to raise support for our programs and share more about the work we do.

We would love to invite you to participate in both our BOLD Day of Giving fundraiser and our donation day. If you have items you would like to drop off, we are currently looking for:

- Men’s pants and jackets (size large)
- Outdoor gear
- Kids’ outdoor toys
- Totes
- Socks
- Hygiene supplies
- Gardening supplies for our shelters

10am-2pm Drop-off
