Archbald, will guide you through using county and U.S. Census records. Please bring a laptop (if you have one), a notebook, and a list of names to explore.

The next Sesquicentennial meeting will be Monday, March 9th at 6pm in the council chambers of the borough building at 400 Church St., Archbald.

We would like to thank everyone that came out to the Winter Carnival, and the Archbald Neighborhood Association and Archbald Sesquicentennial Committee for organizing! Also thank you to all the volunteers, first responders, veteran's groups, vendors, etc. that made the event such a great success!

In March, there will be some exciting events in the Borough!

-- Lepre-Con Lassies Pub Crawl on March 7th
-- Archbald Historical Society's Green & Gold Day on March 15th
-- Lion's Club Easter Egg Hunt on March 21st 1:00 pm at Archbald Fire & Rescue

Thank you all for your input and votes on the challenge coin. It looks like the St. Thomas Aquinas church is the winner. Council woman Owen will be looking into the idea of having 2 different challenge coins, as there were suggestions to incorporate a few different landmarks for the tail’s side of the coin.

Immerse yourself in the enchanting sights, sounds, and the delights of the season as we transform Archbald’s Borough Building and High School Plaza Park into a winter wonderland of festive fun to celebrate Archbald’s 150th anniversary Saturday, February 14th from 1 pm to 3 pm. This is a kid friendly event. There is fun for the whole family! Come join us for:
