NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Hardenburgh on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 51 Rider Hollow Rd, Arkville NY 12406, regarding the adoption of a Local Law of the Town of Hardenburgh for the year 2026 to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law Section 3-c.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the significance of said proposed Local Law will be reviewed by the Town Board of the Town of Hardenburgh incident to and as a part of said Public Hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Office of the Town Clerk, located at the Town Hall, 51 Rider Hollow Road, Arkville NY 12406.
