😊 SUNDAY SMILES 😊
A successful June CWC Board Meeting and another reminder of what can happen when communities come together with a shared purpose.

This month’s discussions highlighted millions in proposed investments supporting watershed communities.

We’re grateful to our Board members, staff, partners, and local leaders who continue working together to help protect, strengthen, and invest in the future of the Catskills.

Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and continues to support the work happening across our region.

We're excited to be part of the 2026 Pink Street Festival this Sunday!

Stop by the Catskill Watershed Corporation booth for watershed-themed coloring pages, a hands-on activity for kids, and information about the programs that help support communities throughout the Catskills.

This event is especially meaningful to us because the Bovina Center Montessori School is home to CWC's largest septic project to date. We're proud to support a school that serves local children while helping protect water quality for future generations.

Come say hello, learn more about what we do, and enjoy a day of family fun, local vendors, food, and music.

⚠️ 🚜 ⚠️SAFETY REMINDER ⚠️ 🚜 ⚠️

This is a reminder that Delaware County is a rural county, with many farms in active operation. When encountering farm equipment on rural roads, a little common courtesy and patience truly saves lives.

Tractors and implements are very heavy, move slowly, and have major blind spots, so motorists should never assume the Farmers can see you.

By slowing down, paying attention, and giving yourselves a little extra time to reach your destination, we can help to prevent deadly crashes and ensure both you and the farmer make it home safely.
