Next Saturday, 8/8…Come join Jaketown Road for a musical adventure on The Delaware and Ulster Railroad. They will be playing two shows on our smooth riding, gated, and seated flatbed car as guests enjoy the sights of the beautiful Catskills. They will be performing on the 2pm and 3:45 trains.
In case of inclement weather the shows will be inside one of the passenger cars. Tix available at DURR.org.

Condé Nast Traveler spotlights a one-of-a-kind Airbnb as well as some of the great shops, eateries and attractions right in our area including the adorable Doolittles and the Skene Memorial Library in Fleischmanns Community, Old Mill Roxbury in Roxbury and Oakleys woodfired oven & grill right here in Arkville. They also call out Belleayre Mountain which hosts events in the summer but is one of the incredible ski mountains along with Plattekill Mountain. If coming this summer or fall to ride the train, check out all the great towns right around us including Fleischmmans, Arkville, Margaretville and Roxbury.

Let's get ready for another amazing weekend. We have trains leaving the Arkville Depot on Saturday at 10:30am, 12:15pm, 2:00pm and 3:45pm. Just want to ask all visitors to get to the station at least 15 minutes before departure.

We also ask you to be mindful of the best places to park. There are signs like this indicating where to park and we have attendants directing people to come in, go over the tracks and park in the lower field. If you have anyone who needs to be dropped off closer to the station, please do so. We do have a limited quantity of accessible parking as well but for those who are able, please follow parking signs and park in the lower field. We hope to see you on the rails soon!
