Please be aware that written or driving tests will NOT be provided and that there is a MAXIMUM of 50 appointment slots (NO walk-ins). Proper ID and credit/debit payment required.

This week our office welcomed two more summer interns! Jane Sieg is a student at Butler University, and Lukas Samuels will be attending University of Richmond in fall.

For the next few weeks they will be assisting us with events and statewide walking, as well as researching policy and learning about constituent services.

We hope that their time with us will give them greater insight into government, as they both pursue Political Science majors at their universities.

Yesterday our office received a warm welcome from the folks at Mount Prospect Park District, where we discussed recent legislation and local issues facing parks throughout Illinois.

From childcare and youth sports, to recreation and fitness, our park districts promote health and belonging for all ages, putting local resources back into the community.

Our office joined the Mount Prospect Chamber of Commerce this morning for a legislative breakfast, in partnership with State Representative Mary Beth Canty and State Representative Michelle Mussman.

We discussed the importance of supporting our small businesses and keeping essential programs funded at the state level, while also maintaining a balanced budget and making sure our communities have a say in Springfield.

Cook County government offices, in partnership with legal aid and community organizations, will be hosting a free resource fair this weekend!
