In times of crisis, heroes emerge. 💙

One of our dedicated caregivers recently demonstrated exceptional courage and commitment. When she received the Level 3 "go now" order while on duty, her shift didn't end at 3 as expected. Instead, she spent over three hours in lines of cars, ensuring our client reached safety. Amidst chaos, as others abandoned their vehicles and began walking towards safety, she prioritized care and compassion, despite possibly sacrificing her own safety.

💙 Caregiver Spotlight: Showing Up Amid a Wildfire

During a recent wildfire, Zola had clients near evacuation zones, with road closures and rapidly changing conditions making it unclear whether she could reach them. But Zola found a safe way through and showed up.

One client told the office she never expected to have care that day and was amazed to see Zola arrive. Another client was equally surprised and grateful.

Sometimes, simply showing up means more than we realize. During a stressful, uncertain day, Zola reminded her clients that even in difficult circumstances, they can count on her. 💙
