Summer is in full swing, and we hope all of our students, staff, and families are enjoying a fun and relaxing break!

As temperatures continue to rise across Texas, remember these simple tips to stay safe while making the most of your summer:

Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Be Sun Smart – Take breaks indoors or in shaded areas when spending time outside.
Dress for the Heat – Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing to stay cool.
Plan Ahead – Schedule outdoor activities during the cooler morning or evening hours.
Check on Others – Keep an eye on family, friends, neighbors, and pets during extreme heat.
