The Wisconsin Army National Guard held its 4th Annual Warrant Officer Muster 10-11 March. Focusing on retention and readiness, Warrant Officers from across the state met at Fort McCoy to engage in professional development and leadership sessions. They also welcomed the new Warrant Officer Candidates, who begin the resident phases of candidate school at the Regional Training Institute next month.
