Beyond AIDS is a nonprofit membership organization, which also operates the tax-deductible Beyond AIDS Foundation. The Foundation is a 501(c)3 corporation dedicated to education and research on HIV prevention. Membership and contributions can be made through the Web site.

President Ron Hattis and Vice-President Monica Sweeney attended the XIX International AIDS Conference and met with leaders of CDC, NIH, and other important agencies to promote sound public health policy for HIV/AIDS prevention.

Beyond AIDS, Inc. is a U.S.-based public non-profit membership organization dedicated to reversing the course of the global HIV epidemic through sound public health policy.
