⚾️🚒 WHAT A GAME! 🚒⚾️

The rematch between the District 21 Firefighters and the Stilly Valley Little League Dads did not disappoint! Both teams played an awesome game, and the energy from the crowd made the night even better. Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer, laugh, and support this fun community event!

Most importantly, the evening was about bringing our community together and raising funds for the Arlington Heights Improvement Club Baseball Field. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make the night a success.

🌭 A huge thank you to the Arlington Rural Volunteer Firefighters for serving up some of the best hot dogs around!

🔥🐶 Sparky the Fire Dog and ⚾️ Webbly from the Everett AquaSox made a special appearance and got the crowd roaring as we kicked off the game. They were definitely a hit with kids and adults alike!

And to everyone who filled the sidelines and cheered on our firefighters and the Stilly Valley Dads—THANK YOU! Seeing our community come together, support a great cause, and simply have a great time is what nights like this are all about.

We’re already looking forward to the next rematch! ❤️🚒⚾️

What an amazing evening for a great cause! We were honored to be apart of it. A huge thank you to the Arlington Heights Improvement Club, Stilly Valley Dad's of Little League, Webbley, and Sparky for making this night possible. The D21 Firefighters played awesome and it was a really fun game to watch!

🔥 Wildland Deployment 🔥

These firefighters, Hayman, Meador, and Arreola, are heading out to answer the call, replacing a crew that has already spent 14 days on the fireline battling wildland fires.

As one crew begins the journey home for some well-earned rest, another steps in to continue the work. It’s a reminder of the commitment, teamwork, and sacrifice it takes to support communities during wildland fire season.

We’re proud of our firefighters for stepping up to serve wherever they’re needed. Please join us in wishing the outgoing crew safe travels, a productive assignment, and a safe return home — and in thanking the crew they’re relieving for 14 days of hard work and dedication.

🚒❤️ A Fire Engine Ride to Remember! ❤️🚒

During the Mid Summer Fest at Lake Riley, these two lucky girls won a ride on the fire engine! They had so much fun hanging out with our firefighters, checking out all the apparatus, and learning how everything works.

We sure loved having these super sweet girls spend some time with us! Thanks for making our day extra special! 🚒🔥😊

Help keep our kids safe!

🚌 APD Launches Operation Safe Stop 🚔

🚸As students head back to school, Arlington Police Department is increasing education and enforcement around school zones, crosswalks, and bus stops.
Operation Safe Stop focuses on helping drivers follow Washington laws related to school zone speeds, school bus stop arms and flashing red lights, and pedestrian safety. Officers will provide visible patrols near schools and selected bus stops to help protect students walking, biking, riding buses, and being dropped off.

💡Know a location with ongoing safety concerns? Nominate a bus stop or student travel route within Arlington city limits for review. Your information helps APD identify trends and prioritize available patrol resources.
