the Adult Recumbent Tricycle Rental program is live and makes the Minuteman Bikeway more accessible to adult residents with disabilities, balance challenges, or other issues that make it difficult to use a conventional bike. The pilot program offers free one-hour rentals on Wednesdays, 11AM-3PM. Advanced registration required. due to popular demand, on June 19th Arlington will host 2 soccer watch parties!
One at Arlington Res and one at Arlington Town Hall

Both 2PM-8:30PM.

The Res will have swimming, while Town Hall will have the garden and indoor options. Both will have large screen TVs to watch the two games planned (3PM Team USA v Australia and 6PM Scotland v Morocco). Plus, there will be games for kids, food, and beer.

A free shuttle will run between the two locations and parking at Russell Common lot.

Note on June 19th the Res parking lot will be closed and Lowell Street will be one way, westbound.

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, 18 Arlington veterans and family members had the opportunity to enjoy the Boston Red Sox win against the Texas Rangers at Fenway Park as guests of Home Base in their K6 Suite.

The evening brought together veterans from multiple generations of service—including the post-Korean War era, Vietnam War veterans, post-Vietnam veterans, and Post-9/11 veterans—creating an opportunity to connect, share stories, and strengthen the bonds that unite our military community.

The Town of Arlington Veterans Services Department extends its sincere gratitude to Home Base and their Family Support Team for their generosity and continued partnership in supporting veterans and military families.
