I wanted to share an important update from our office.
Constables in Tarrant County have operated in marked units and uniforms for many years now. However, until now, our Deputy Constables did not have body-worn cameras.
In today’s environment, where transparency and accountability are more important than ever, I found that unacceptable. Thanks to an initiative spearheaded by our office, Deputy Constables now have body-worn cameras.
We always strive to serve the community with unmatched professionalism and accountability. This is an important step to ensure the community that we serve with full transparency.
