In this virtual two-day course, experts from the Department of State and other organizations present and discuss options to plan for one’s future in relation to Foreign Service regulations, allowances, and finances. Participants will hear from subject matter experts on topics including: leave, medical, education, evacuation, and travel and transportation allowances; general aspects of retirement planning and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP); and household effects, automobile, and liability insurance.
