Leadership is the buzz word today for most organizations trying to raise well healed students. Everybody says their program will develop leaders to _________________. But if we're honest, how many of those organizations are actually producing leaders? We pat ourselves on the back and say, "look at all these students, they'll go out and change the world." But how many organizations can look back and say they've helped students go out and be agents of change in culture, academia, government, faith, or whatever the said goal is? [ 369 more words. ]
