AVFD is excited to announce the newest addition to our St. Martin Parish fleet—our new Brush Truck!

This vehicle is designed specifically to respond to grass and brush fires while also providing support during emergency incidents in areas that are difficult for larger fire apparatus to access. Its off-road capabilities, specialized firefighting equipment, and water capacity will help us respond more quickly and effectively, improving the safety of both our firefighters and the community we serve.

The members of the Arnaudville Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank our community and everyone who voted for us in the SLEMCO First Responder Grant program!

Because of your support, our department was awarded the grant, and the funds will be used to purchase a new gear washer. This equipment will help remove hazardous debris and contaminants from our firefighting gear, helping keep our firefighters healthy and safe while serving our community.

We truly appreciate the continued support from our community. Thank you for standing behind your firefighters!

The AVFD held one of our general meetings and we would like to recognize a few of our fire fighters for their years of service. Todd Guilbeau-25 years, Brodie Gresko-15 years, Wade Ray-10 years, Grant Guilbeau-5 years, Bobbi Jo Miller-1 year, Brice Bourque-1 year, and last but not least Karson Olivier-1 year and also Mason Olivier was named our Fire Fighter of the year! Thanks again to all of our Fire Fighters for their time and dedication!!!
