JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our team at Rainbow Senior Care. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting them with activities of daily living, and promoting their independence and well-being.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing personal care services to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assisting clients with mobility, transferring, and positioning as needed.
- Assisting with medication reminders and monitoring clients' health status.
- Documenting care provided and communicating with the care team regarding clients' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Escorting clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience working as a Home Health Aide and/or certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) in the state of Georgia is preferred, but NOT required. Those who are beginning their healthcare career are welcome!
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE, DAILY TRANSPORTATION. You must be able to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking dedicated and responsible caregivers/CNAs to join our team. As a caregiver, you play a vital role in assisting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well-being and comfort.

DUTIES include:
- Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assisting residents with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting any changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff.
- Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.

Requirements:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for caring for seniors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull residents as needed and to stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience working in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred, but not required. We heavily welcome those who are just beginning their healthcare careers!
