🌾📚 National Teach Ag Day 📚🌾

Today we’re celebrating the power of agricultural education and the teachers who inspire curiosity about the world around us. Recently, we had the chance to host a summer STEM workshop at the Nmsu Asc Artesia where students learned about entomology.

Students had the opportunity to sweep for insects, identify different species, and learn about the importance of beneficial insects in sustaining healthy crops and ecosystems.

It’s experiences like these that plant the seeds of knowledge and spark a lifelong interest in agriculture, science, and sustainability. 💚
