We have blowing snow again this morning. It is starting to drift onto the roads, we will monitor conditions and take appropriate action when needed. Take your time when traveling and stay safe.

We have finished plowing for the evening, we will look at everything tomorrow in the day light and make a decision then. We will probably do some touch ups and winging back. The roads are extremely snow packed and very slick. Give yourself plenty of time when traveling and allow extra time to stop. The ground isn’t very frozen and it is easy to slide off in the ditch. Safe travels to you all.

We have drifting snow mostly on our east west roads. We will begin to plow them back at 7 am. With temperatures below freezing for the foreseeable future we expect this to be the norm. Wind speeds have diminished and will continue to remain low for at least the next few days. We will continue to monitor road conditions and take the necessary steps to minimize delays. Stay safe and use caution when traveling.

We have have stopped plowing for this evening. We will begin again early in the morning. The wind is drifting the snow in as fast as we plow it. Please do not travel unless it is an absolutely necessary.

01/05/2025

The snow isn’t quite as bad as predicted. We have received between 3 and 4 inches so far. We will begin plowing at 2 pm to get the deeper areas around buildings and low lying areas. We will monitor conditions and do the best we can to keep the roadways open. The wind is supposed to increase towards night fall which will cause drifting. Please refrain from traveling if it is not necessary.

There is a potential for a significant snow event Sunday January 5th. Make all preparations before this happens. We are ready for it and will do what we can to keep the roads open for travel. Monitor our page for the latest information.
