Your Local 4056 delegates, in conjunction with all delegates from Colorado Professional Fire Fighters, present at the 2026 National Convention. Guiding the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) as it navigates the challenges and opportunities of the future.

We’re so grateful to Colorado’s FireFighter Federal Credit Union for their ongoing support of all Colorado firefighters and the Colorado Professional Fire Fighters. You can see a special fire hydrant at their entrance, a tribute to Lt. Jim Schaefer, who passed away from cancer member of the Arvada Professional Fire Fighters Local 4056.

Station 54 officially earned a 100% Union Firehouse certificate from the International Association of Fire Fighters. This means that every firefighter staffed at Station 54 is a member of Arvada Professional Fire Fighters Local #4056.

This designation comes with more than just a certificate on a wall or a flag in the apparatus bay. It comes with pride and deep commitment to standing together for our brothers and sisters, our profession, and the community.

Located at 6845 W 68th Avenue, Station 54 proudly covers the central east side of the fire district and serves the Lamar Heights neighborhood.

Save the date— come out to the Colorado Tap House on Saturday, July 25 for the tapping of the Old Dodge Red Ale from Odyssey Beerwerks. A portion of proceeds benefits the Arvada Professional Fire Fighters Foundation.

The beer tapping is at 3:30 PM and the event includes food trucks, prizes, music in the evening, and an appearance from the Old Dodge! It’s a great time for a great cause.

We’re thankful for our community partners who help support our charitable efforts. In case you didn’t know, the Arvada Professional Fire Fighters Foundation supports firefighters or families who have been injured or killed in the line of duty, supports the efforts of other non-profits that focus on burns and fire related injuries, and youth-focused community organizations.

🩸 **Help Save Lives. Represent Local 4056.** 🚒❤️

On **Wednesday, July 16**, we're asking our members, families, and community to join us for the **Battle of the Badges Blood Drive** at **Lutheran Hospital Learning Center**.

Every blood donation can **save up to three lives**, and when you donate, you can designate your donation to **Team Fire** to help support the firefighters in this friendly competition with our law enforcement partners.

Today, we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, honor those who have served and sacrificed for our country, and spend time with our families, friends, and neighbors.

Battle of the Boarder’s is in the books and Local 4056 AFD Hockey had a great game! Thank you to all the family and friends that showed up to cheer and support the CPFF fundraising. Thank you to West Metro Hockey for putting on this event and the great hockey.
