HUGE congrats to freshman William Yang who won 2nd place for the Congressional Art Award for Colorado's 7th District. William will receive his award from U.S. Representative Brittany Pettersen and his piece will hang in the Colorado Department of Education board room for a year! His mixed media piece, "1975: The Time That Divided Us," showcases his family's heritage, and is an amazing way to learn more about the Hmong story.

AHS Alumni and Families: Plan to attend our Career Hub Ribbon Cutting on 4/27/26 to learn more about how you can partner with AHS to provide work-based learning opportunities for our students and grow your own talent pool. Work-based learning can range from being a career speaker to hosting a high school student to job shadow or intern at your worksite. We hope you can join us!
