The water between the Town Office on US Route 5 and the intersection of VT Route 131 will need to be shutoff Friday morning at 9AM for approximately one hour for repairs. The other side of Route 5 will not be impacted.

VACANCY ON THE PRUDENTIAL COMMITTEE
ASCUTNEY WATER DISTRICT (AFD #2)
The Prudential Committee oversees the Water District and is seeking applications to fill a
vacancy on the Committee.
Position: Prudential Committee Member
Term Length: Until the next Annual Water District Meeting in May 2026
Application Deadline: Applications must be received no later than August 15, 2025
Anticipated Appointment Date: August 20, 2025
Application Process:
Interested residents should submit a letter of interest outlining their qualifications and reasons for
applying. Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, or electronically.

All applicants may be considered for interview at a public meeting of the Prudential Committee,
