We are super excited to be rolling out this new program on February 18, 2026! New, seasoned, or interested homesteaders are invited to attend Hands on Homesteading at the Fulton County Fairgrounds. Registration is required by February 11th so we have a count for lunch. Register by scanning the QR code or clicking the link below. The cost is $10 to attend.

Vendors are setting up from 8-9am and we will open to the public at 9am and stay open until 1:30pm!

There will be FREE lunch from 11-1, provided by Frist Community Bank!

This is a FREE event! We have 30+ vendors planning to attend.
Lipids and Thyroid blood panels, flu shots, blood pressure, height/weight, information on mental health, stroke education, in home services, health education, the cancer institute our of Little Rock, therapy services, hearing screenings, health offices in the county, and more!
Plus we still adding vendors up until the event!

Join us for two canning classes this Fall!

The first will be a water bath canning on September 18th from 11am-1pm at the Ash Flat Community Center, where we will make pickles and you will get to take a jar home after the class!

The second will be pressure canning on October 2nd from 11am-1pm at the Sharp County Fairgrounds, where we will be canning fish and also teaching you how to pressure can meats and other foods!
