n. Some of us are Constitutionalists, but all recognize that for a Constitution to be valid, it must have the CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED as described in the American Declaration of Independence. A valid oath must be sworn by sober free will, not under threat, and free of false pretense. Given the unethical history, nature, and premises of the US Constitution, no oath sworn to it can be valid. Informed consent is an ethical and legal obligation of government and originates from the individual human's right to self-determination. We have been lied to about the nature and origin of the US Constitution and the government maintains these lies as truth. Before the coup of 1789, America was governed by The Articles of Confederation, a constitution that required unanimous consent of the states to change or replace it. The coup created a strong central government with the "power" to tax, maintain a standing army, and create a central bank, policies opposed by many founders. The document itself violates the concept of consent by assuming power upon the approval of just 9 of the 13 member states. While children in government schools are taught the Bill of Rights protects our rights, it is gaslighting to suggest that government protects rights more than violates them. Not only does the Bill of Rights fail in its supposeed intent, but it also fails as a fig leaf to cover the actual intent of the US Constitution. If the intent of the US Constitution was to create a government limited by principles, it would be a gross denial of reality to suggest it has achieved that goal. We care not of the professed intent of the framers, as we know them by their fruit: an out of control overgrown government that exists on the premise of violating individual rights in the name of the US Constitution. While we oppose this government because it is non-consensual, it would be as absurd to call us "anti-government" as it would be to call someone "anti-sex" for opposing r**e. If you define "democracy" as "rule by the people," we're for it. If you define it as a majority-rule voting system by which the majority supposedly grants authority to government to force their will on the minority, we are against it because that system violates consent. No individual has the right to force their will on another and people don't magically gain that right by the process of voting or by ganging up on their victims. We find that subservience and obedience to unjust authority is a sign of weak character and low moral fortitude. While in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king, that is only true so long as the people remain blind. We hereby call on all oath keepers to the current US Constitution to get their s**t together and join us in condemning their oaths, the US Constitution, and the conceptually, practically, and fundamentally evil government that it has spawned.
