The Color Run, aka the Happiest 5K in the world, will be BACK at Broad Run High School on Saturday May 16, 2015. Grab your tennis shoes and get ready to experience the most colorful 5K run ever! Runners will be splattered from head to toe in different colors at various parts of the course. Runners participating in the 5K will have the opportunity to compete for prizes in their age group. The Color Run will not only be a great opportunity to have the most amazing 5K experience ever but will also benefit three charities! The proceeds from the Color Run will benefit ShelterBox USA, Eliminate Project, and Wounded Warriors. Interact collected birthday bags, toys, cake mixes, and birthday cards to provide birthday bags to children who don't get to have a birthday celebration. We collected enough supplies to create 24 birthday bags to donate! We hope the birthday bags will bring a smile to many kids!

Got Socks?!?
This year, Broad Run is participating in the Loudoun International Youth Summit. One of the activities is assembling care care kits to deliver to the Good Shepherd Alliance shelters, and Broad Run is responsible for collecting packages of socks!

1 package of socks = 30 min
MAX of 2.5 hours aka 5 packages of socks
You can bring in more than 5 packages of socks but you will only receive the 2.5 hours.

That's right Interactors for the first time EVER Interact will be hosting a dodgeball tournament!
Who: Any current BRHS students and/or staff that can come up with a team of six to eight and one teacher sponsor
When: Saturday, April 18 at 4pm
Where: BRHS Main Gym
Why: To raise money and awareness for PTSD
Cost: $50/team
Deadline: First come first serve! Pick up registration packets in Room 164 and return completed with money and waivers!
