Sergio Loya - Public Speaker Sergio Loya is a Hispanic motivational speaker who speaks to today's Latino youth and educators on anti-bully, completing school and preparing for success.

Sergio Loya is an American-born Hispanic raised in the barrios of Brownsville, Texas. A high school drop-out turned Navy veteran. He received his Bachelor degree from the University of Texas-Pan American and is a full-alumni of the JFK School of Government - Harvard University. His public speaker success incorporates a commanding voice and stage presences that capture's the audience attention as h

e tells his story of living in a barrio in a dysfunctional family with serious financial challenges, and refusing to accept the low-level expectations his parent's had for him. Despite a troubled childhood, he has succeeded. First as a city manager, then as a consultant to the federal government and recently as an Economist/Economic Developer in the Middle East. The message to the audience is told through his story. He is the owner of GARC, llc, a real estate investment firm with holdings in Pennsylvania and Virginia. He researches and studies each speaking engagement and then delivers a tailored message for relevant and maximum impact on the audience. He adheres to time, speaker limitations and considerations found in public schools and has served as a Motivational Speaker, Panel Member, Coach, Trainer, Leadership, and as a Last-Minute fill-in for many organizations.
