Loudoun Education Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to engaging our community to invest in critical and innovative programs that foster the success and well-being of LCPS students and teachers. The Loudoun Education Foundation focuses on making connections with individuals, organizations and local businesses interested in supporting educational programs within Loudoun County Public

Schools and identying the programs that need funding. The focus is on identifying and supporting programs that will enhance the educational experience our children receive during their time in our schools and investing in our teachers and administrators as they seek a higher level of educational excellence. Recognition and rewards are a critical component of achieving excellence and as such one of the Foundation’s key roles is to celebrate those individuals when they achieve such success.

September is Hunger Action Month.

The Loudoun Education Foundation's Fueled program is ready to meet the needs of our students every day, but that only happens with your help. Be the fuel we need to support 1 in 4 Loudoun students that face food insecurity.

This September host a snack drive for Fueled and give Loudoun students that extra spark.

It was a fun night on the pitch and the competition was steep!

Thank you Loudoun United FC for spotlighting the Loudoun Education Foundation at Saturday's match against New Mexico.

A special shout out to Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Aaron Spence, who joined LEF's Executive Director, Danielle Nadler, and refereed the student tug-of-war during halftime.

It was a close call, but "Team United" pulled "Team Loudoun" over the line to win the tug-of-war battle.

We were behind the scenes this week as our partner United Way spoke with Principal Frew at Sterling Middle School about the impact of LEF's Fueled program.

Spoiler alert: the story is about more than snacks. It's about fueling stronger reading outcomes for students.

The Loudoun United FC Kids Fest and soccer match this Saturday, Aug. 22, will spotlight the Loudoun Education Foundation while celebrating teachers, students, and all things back-to-school.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Rebecca Flick, LEF’s new Director of Projects and Impact!

Rebecca brings more than 20 years of experience in communications, advocacy, fundraising, and events, along with a deep passion for public education.

A longtime LCPS parent and volunteer, Rebecca has served as PTO President at Leesburg Elementary and supported the Tuscarora Band Boosters. Coming from a family of educators, she has seen firsthand the difference strong public schools make for students, families, and communities.

In her new role, Rebecca will help connect LEF donors, funded programs, and LCPS partners, ensuring investments in our schools translate into meaningful impact for students and educators.

We’re thrilled to have Rebecca on Team LEF! Please help us give her a warm welcome! 🙌
