We’re looking for reliable, positive people who enjoy working with others and creating a welcoming customer experience. Retail/customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes a long way.

• Be able to pass a background check
• Have reliable transportation
• Be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

5 years ago today we opened our flagship store in Ashby…and time has been flying by ever since.

What started as a single location has grown into something much bigger—expanding into Groton and then Bolton, building out both our outdoor and indoor cultivation, and launching our extraction lab to bring our own in-house brands to life.

There’s been a lot of learning along the way- but even more to be proud of.

We’re grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey so far- and we’re excited to see where the next five years takes us!

Known for its transformative energy, the Fire Horse shakes up old systems, challenges what no longer works, and pushes us toward powerful change. The last one was in 1966… the next won’t be until 2086.
