Our facility is located in Ashby, Minnesota, approximately fourteen miles east of Fergus Falls, in the beautiful Minnesota lake country. It is situated in a residential neighborhood in th

e heart of Ashby, a charming community with nearby medical services. The center is designed to create a home environment with a welcoming high ceiling great room, fireplace, community TV and game room, kitchen and well-appointed dining. Each room has a spacious bedroom and TV room with a kitchenette and a private handicap accessible bathroom. Year round indoor and outdoor activities are designed to be a part of your Ashby Living Center experience.

We want to say a very BIG thank you to Chris Johnson for instructing our CPR class yesterday, and to the Ashby Fire Department for going through a mock facility evacuation with our staff and residents! It was a great day of learning how to be prepared for anything!!!!
