Your REMC crews are currently responding to several power outages throughout our service area as strong storms move through the region.

Crews are actively assessing damage and restoring power as conditions safely allow. Restoration may take longer in some areas, due to volatile weather.

We appreciate your patience as your REMC crews work to safely restore power as quickly as possible. Please stay safe, and avoid any downed power lines you may encounter.

SATURDAY (8/22/26) -
As of 8:30 a.m. this morning, all outages across Randolph EMC’s service area were officially restored.

Following strong and severe storms that moved through the area last night, our crews worked safely through the night and into this morning to repair extensive damage and restore power to all affected member-owners.

Crews worked to replace and repair multiple broken utility poles, downed lines and other damaged equipment throughout our system. We know outages can be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding while our crews worked as safely and quickly as possible to get the lights back on.

Thank you to our dedicated crews for working through the night, and thank you, our member-owners, for your patience and support.

We're currently responding to several power outages across our service area this evening as strong storms move through our service area.

REMC crews are actively assessing damage and restoring power as conditions safely allow and storms move out. While we'll work to restore service as quickly as possible, some outages may take longer than usual due to the ongoing weather.
