Asher Families,
The Clinic @ Central Oklahoma will be providing FREE sports physicals again this year, but they are in Latta. We are sending home permission slips and packets with students in grades 5 - 11 today. I have also attached them in case you do not receive them. Students will not be allowed to go without all of their paperwork returned and filled out properly, so please take a few minutes to look over each sheet. Our time slot is 1:00 to 4:00, so we may not make it back before the buses run. Please make sure you have made arrangements for them to be picked up that day. They will be allowed to call when we start back, so you will know what time we will arrive.
