It is such a blessing to partner with West Campus today for the Open Table Outreach!

This wonderful team is reaching out to our unsheltered neighbors by providing lunch, hygiene bags, and prayer. We are also on-site sharing resources and support with those in need.

We are incredibly thankful for Flat Creek Baptist Church for continuing to faithfully serve and love the homeless right outside our doors. From providing supplies and meals to sharing compassion and encouragement, they are helping meet both physical and spiritual needs in such a powerful way. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. 💛

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice reminds us of the importance of compassion, freedom, and standing together as a community. At Western Carolina Rescue Ministries, we are grateful for those who served and continue striving to bring hope and healing to others every day.

Each month, the incredible team from Kimmel & Associates faithfully shows up to serve at the Rescue Mission. Their willingness to give their time and love to our guests has made such a lasting impact, and we are deeply grateful for their continued partnership. ❤️

This post is also in loving memory of our dear friend Danny, who recently passed away. Danny truly embodied what it meant to serve others. He loved volunteering at the Rescue Mission and never wanted the spotlight or even his picture taken… though every now and then we managed to sneak a few!

We are so thankful for the joy, humility, and kindness he brought each time he served. It was an honor to know Danny and to serve alongside him. He will be greatly missed.

Please join us in praying for Danny’s family, friends, and the entire Kimmel & Associates team as they continue to mourn the loss of their friend and co-worker . 💙
