What a pleasure to meet these two sweet girls, Willow and Nova, today. They were so welcoming and both really got into the soothing, relaxing energy.

Befriend Your Grief — support for survivors of su***de loss
If you’ve lost someone to su***de, you know it’s a grief most people don’t understand. Befriend Your Grief is a 12-week live support experience built for exactly this — a small group of fellow survivors, led by Marshall Hammer, a spiritual director and survivor of su***de loss who built the support she needed and couldn’t find.

It’s not therapy. It’s honest companionship from people who actually get it.

The next cohort begins Tuesday, August 25th and runs through November 17th, with an integration week built in. A free call is available to see if it’s a fit.
