The AARRC's goal is to help facilitate the transformation of the Swannona & French Broad Rivers in Buncombe County and build community consensus for what our riverfront should look like thru its appointing partners & their constituencies. Current partners are the City of Asheville, Buncombe County, The Economic Development Coalition, City of Woodfin, Riverlink, River District Design Review Committee & Council of Independent Business Owners.
