We’re inviting new and returning Scouts (grades K–5) to join us for our first Pack Meeting of the year:

📅 Monday, Sept 8 @ 6:30 PM at Skyland United Methodist Church
🎉 A fun night filled with games and activities for kids! Come learn about Cub Scouts and all the exciting adventures we have planned this year.

And mark your calendars—
📅 Monday, Sept 15 @ 6:30 PM is our Open House Registration Night at Skyland United Methodist Church
🌲 Parents and Scouts can stop by to complete registration forms, health forms, and get all set for the year ahead.

💙 Cub Scouts is all about fun, friendship, outdoor adventures, and learning new skills. We’d love for your family to be part of the journey!

Pack 72 had a blast at “Frogwarts” School of Cub Scouting over the weekend. Huge thanks to Camp Daniel Boone-Boy Scouts of America and Daniel Boone Council, Scouting America for putting on such a great program!

Congratulations to Pack 72 Cubmaster Jay Roquemore for his Woodbadge beading! 18 months of advanced Scout leader training so our Scouts can enjoy an awesome Cub Scout experience!! Well done, Jay! And thank you!!

The Tiger Scouts toured Skyland Fire and Rescue for their Safe and Smart Adventure. The Firefighters at Skyland gave the Scouts a fun and educational tour of the facility.

The Tiger Den hiked Bent Creek Experimental Forest with Professor of Forestry, George Hahn. They learned about the different types of trees and how they support the world around us.

Pack 72 celebrate the anniversary of Scouting with our annual Blue & Gold Banquet.

We honored our Scouts who have earned adventure loops and rank throughout this past year.

Thank you to Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar for graciously donating the meal and supporting our Scouts.

We topped it all off with a “Cub-cake” contest full of creative and delicious cupcakes made by the Scouts.

Way to go Rob!

Rob, a third grader, is an active Cub Scout. His troop encouraged the kids to participate in an MLK Day of Service. Rob, along with his brother and his dad, visited Estes to work on this service project. They cleaned up trash around our playgrounds and soccer field. Thank you to Rob and his family for serving our school with their Ram spirit!
