Thanks to Sen. Warren Daniel for his vote on this measure. Despite what you will hear from the Democrats, this will allow the proposed tax cap to be put on the November ballot. We The People will then decide at the ballot box. In November.

NC teacher found dead after Cooper-appointed judge reduced repeat offender's felonies to a misdemeanor.

Ryan Camacho had 20 prior arrests before Judge Dorothy Hairston Mitchell allowed him to walk free in April. Cooper appointed Mitchell in 2021, praising her 'dedication and fairness.'
