June is PTSD Awareness Month, and PTSD can affect veterans, servicemembers, and their families long after military service ends. The good news? No one has to face it alone.

That's why The American Legion's Be the One campaign encourages us all to check in, listen without judgment, and help connect those who may be struggling to the support they deserve.

Learn more about PTSD and access free resources from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs: ptsd.va.gov/understand/awareness/promo_materials.asp

You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes, being the one who reaches out can make all the difference.
