🚫🔥 Burn Ban in Effect 🔥🚫

Starting today, the Ashland Fire Protection District is implementing a burn ban for the next 7 days or until we receive sufficient rainfall.

This decision has been made for the safety of our community and our firefighters due to the current dry conditions.

We ask everyone to please respect this ban and help us reduce the risk of accidental fires. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe.

Thank you and for the generous donation of emergency drinking water, and to Golden Eagle Illinois for delivering it to our fire station! This water will help keep our firefighters hydrated during wildfires and extended responses in extreme heat.

The donation is provided through Anheuser-Busch’s Emergency Drinking Water for Wildland Firefighters program, which supports volunteer departments with critical hydration resources during wildfire season. Learn more at www.nvfc.org/water.
