In Search of Plastic Cutlery:
Been picnicking, grad-partying, or cleaning out camping supplies and have left-over utensils? The BRICK could use any unused (open-box odds and ends are great!) plastic forks, spoons, and knives (we'll even take sporks!) for use in our disposable mess kits for our unhoused consumers. Please deliver whatever you've got through our main door at 420 Ellis Ave., anytime during open hours: Mon-Wed. 9am - 3:30, Thur. 9am -7pm. These donations help us reduce barriers to hunger for those without a fork to eat the food we distribute. Thanks in advance!

The BRICK will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observation of Memorial Day.
Take care and be safe during this long holiday weekend. We will resume our usual service hours at 9am on Tuesday, May 26th.

David Tworek of Home Base at Mt Telemark Village dropped by the CABLE AREA FOOD SHELF with a generous donation. They collected $757 at their “Tres de Mayo Taco Bar” celebration on Sunday. Thank you to everyone who joined in the festivities💖
