Water Main Break:
100 Block of South Gonser Ave & 100 Block of East Hobart Street.
Water will be restored as soon as possible in that area.

Tips to flush toilets ⬇️⬇️
1️⃣ Fill Bucket with Snow
2️⃣ Melt in a pan on the stove
3️⃣ Pour quickly into the toilet bowl (not the tank)
About 1–2 gallons does it
Pour with some force → triggers siphon → flushes waste
👉 This works even if the tank is empty

Take a look at what's going on uptown 🙂
We are thankful to be able to create more parking for our growing businesses!
There is nostalgia that will never be forgotten, but glad we can focus on the future of the community.

👀Check out what's new at Smiley Park! 🙂

Last year we were awarded a grant from Visit DeKalb County.
After lots of planning, here is what we came up with and now incorporate BOTH water towers to tie the town together. This is the perfect way to gear up for the Ashley Hudson Festival starting THIS WEEKEND!

Lockwood welding Inc helped us in designing and they built these beautiful monkey bars.

Midstates Recreation helped us think of something that all ages can get their picture taken with.

Our Town of Ashley employees were able to work closely with planning and helping us in getting the park ready to install.

Dave Peters (Town of Ashley Parks Superintendent) done a wonderful job at creating the form needed for the frame of Smiley face photo shot.

Perkins septic & drain came to the park with their equipment and dug all of the footers for this project and donated their time.

Advantage concrete donated all of the concrete for this project.

AKC Improvements poured all of the concrete for this project and donated their time.

We want to thank each and every one of those who made this upgrade to Smiley Park possible‼️
