Please be advised that the Neptune My360 web application will be unavailable Wednesday, September 30, from 8:30 PM–12:00 AM while Neptune completes critical updates.

Not familiar with My360? You can view your water usage and even set up parameters to be notified via text if water usage went over threshold in a 24-hour period. Highly recommend checking it out: ashvillevillage.my360-app.com/register

Did you know you can have your monthly utility bill delivered straight to your email? Simply log in to the Village’s online billing portal and enroll in paperless billing!

Going paperless means less mail to keep track of, quicker access to your bill, less paper waste, and no stress over mail delays. 🌎💙

Already have an online account? Log in and update your billing preferences to paperless. If you haven’t created an account yet, now is a great time to get signed up!

Yes, the automated call is really from us!

We’ve had several residents reach out asking if the recent automated water usage calls are a scam. They are legitimate calls from the Village of Ashville.

If you receive one, it means your water meter is showing continuous water usage, which could indicate a running toilet, leaking faucet, or another issue. 9 times out of 10, it is a leaky toilet and can be found by placing food coloring in the back of the toilet tank. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and check the toilet bowl. If there is color in the bowl, you have a leaky toilet!

We’re simply trying to give you a heads-up before that continuous usage turns into a much larger water bill! 💧
